SHIPPING: 

Please allow 1-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order.
We process and ship out orders Monday to  Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Ups flat rate $5.00 on al domestic orders. We kindly remind you that selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Agua Santa Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout. 
Please note Agua Santa is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.
Agua Santa Shop  is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package. 
 
RETURNS:  (Note: Due to the Covid-19 no returns or exchange are being accepted for the moment)

Returns are accepted up to 3 days of the delivery date if the item is in the original condition with Agua Santa Shop hang tag attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. All accessories such as jewelry, bags, hats, bodysuit and swimsuit are Final Sale. 

We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Agua Santa Shop  does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Any order that was purchased ON SALE, and has a Final Sale stamp is non-refundable with no returns or exchanges.  Swimsuits and bodysuit are non-refundable non-refundable with no returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges without approve will not be accepted.

You will have  up to 3 days of the delivery date to make an exchange.
